Corporal Lozinski later served with the Polish Land Forces overseas in France from May 18, 1940, to June 30, 1940.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Military service in 1<sup>st<\/sup> Armored Division:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subsequently, Frank participated in the &#8216;Battle of Normandy&#8217; alongside British and Canadian military forces as a soldier of 1 Polish Armored Division, contributing to the Operation in North West Europe from August 8, 1944, to May 3, 1945.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frank&#8217;s quest for independence led him to serve with the Polish Forces under British command from July 1, 1940, to June 16, 1947.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>After War:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In April 1951, Frank relocated from Great Britain to Fall River (Massachusetts, USA), where he pursued a career as a locksmith and watchmaker. He was a devout Catholic and an active member of both St. Anne&#8217;s and St. Stanislaus Church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On November 11, 2007, the City of Fall River honored Frank for his outstanding service and unwavering dedication.
